Welcome to HairbyBene. I am Benedicta — thank you for trusting me to be your stylist. My goal is to create looks that enhance your natural beauty while keeping your hair healthy and thriving. Every appointment is crafted with intention and care.
Based in the UK, I specialise in braiding styles that last, protect, and celebrate your hair's natural potential.
Before You Book
Booking Policy
Please read these guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Deposit
A non-refundable £20 deposit is required to confirm every appointment. For services below £40, the deposit is 50% of the estimated price.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule directly from your dashboard. Deposits may be transferred to a new date if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Arrival
A £10 late fee applies after 20 minutes. Arrivals exceeding 1 hour result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
Delayed Start
If your appointment begins more than 20 minutes late due to our delay, a £10 discount will be applied to your final bill.
Extensions
Extensions are available for purchase. If you’re bringing your own extensions, please ensure they are pre-stretched and dropped off at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid delays and make the most of your appointment time.

She is incredibly gentle with natural hair, which is so hard to find, and she genuinely prioritizes your comfort. She constantly checks in to make sure you're okay and even offers snacks. Her hair expertise easily matches her fees, if not completely surpasses them. You truly get what you pay for and more. She makes the entire experience so comfortable, and you absolutely won’t regret booking with her.
The hairdresser was so lovely and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. She kept checking in to make sure my hair wasn’t too tight and it wasn’t at all, which I really appreciated. I also love the private space, which is perfect for hijabis or anyone who prefers a bit more privacy during their appointment. I’d definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a stylist with experience working with natural 4c hair.
