Booking Policy
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to confirm every appointment. For appointments below £40, the deposit is 50% of the estimated price.
Rescheduling
Deposits may be transferred to a new date if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Arrival
A £10 late fee applies after 20 minutes. Arrivals exceeding 1 hour will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
Delayed Start
If your appointment begins later than 20 minutes but less than 1 hour due to our delay, a £10 discount will be applied to your final bill.
